Q1-Linda is a lovely girl with strong feelings she likes people to call her by her first name and she doesn't she doesn't like the idea of visiting old people. Mrs Pugh is mean she doesn't really treat linda with any respect but further on in the book i think she will grow rather found of having linda arround.
Q2-In linda's life one of the troubles is that she doesn't like to visit old people. One of the highlights is that she loves cats and wants one really bad and Mrs Pugh has alot of cats
